There was the ueual attendance at Mr H. Stephenson's ordinary weekly sale of live and dead stock to-day. A good clearance of a fairly large entry ' was made at satisfactory prices. The following is a summary of prices:—Poultiy— Turkeys 12s; fowls Is lOd, 2s 2d, 2a 3d, 2s fid, 2s 7d, 2s lid, 3s, 3s Id, 3s lOd, 4s, 6s ; roosters 2s lid, 3s, 3s Id; ducks 3s 6d— all at per pair. Pigs—4s, 5s 9d, 6s, 6s 9d, 7s, Bs, 15s, 20s, 25e, 28s, 335, 43s 6d, 50s 6d. Potatoes—6s to 7s. Trap—£7 10a. Sundries—A large and varied assortment of sundries made full market value.
