KAISER EXPRESSES DISSATISFACTION.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Berlin, May 20 The German Navy League's Press propaganda has been severely criticised in the Eeichstag, and by independent organs, as boing calculated to excite mistrust in Great Britain, and to embarass the German Government. The Kaiser in replying to a telegram of homage from the Congress of the League, expressed his dissatisfaction at the League's policy. , . The president and vice-president have now resigned.
