Received May 10, 8.42 a.m. London, May 9 The Japanese occupied Nanohengtzu, eastward of Chantetufu. Linievitch has forbidden his officers to use luxuriously fitbed trains. This order has made 200 more carriages available for the transport of troops. M. Delcasse m receiving Count Montono yesterday, assured him that France was scrupulously upholding the laws of neutrality, and repeated his former declaration. 'J'Oiday's French newspapers strongly resent Rozjestvenski's elusive refusals of French appeals to " move on."
