Received May 8, 8.37 a.m. St. Petersburg, May 7 Tho Czar has dissolved the Peasants' Commission and the Ministerial Commission on the school question, both of which were under the presidency of M. da Witte. Thirty thousand men, women, and children in the Vistula valley, have migrated to Prussia and Posen during the past three weeks.
