Chribtoiturch, May 5 Messrs Dalgety and Co. have received the following cable from London, dated May 4th :—The wool sales continue firm, and as compared with closing rates of last series prices of good greasy merino wools are on the average sto 8 per cent, hijrher. Other descriptions of merino are 5 per cent, higher; fine and medium crossbrpd wools are 10 per cent, higher ; superior light frea descriptions of greasy crossbred wools suitable sor America are 10 to 15 per cent, higher ; and coarse descriptions of greasy crossbred are 5 per cent, higher.
