, Received May 3, 8.34 Sk.ni. St. Petersbukg, May 2 There is immense enthusiasm at Moscow. Old believers are resuming worship and have sent a deputation to thank the, Czar for his decrea. Cemetery altars which have been closed for 49 years have been unsealed and many priceless paintings and ikons (images) found to be irretrievably luined by damp. There are 7,500 strikers in Lodz,, and strikes are recurring in Warsaw, since the massacre. Many women and children are suffering from broken heads and limbs, and 10 have died in the hospital. Similar outrages have occurred at Praga, Kalisz and Minsk.
