Three warships, supposed to be Japanese, wore sighted on Saturday off Two Brothers Island, 250 miles south of Cape St. James. They are presumed to bo awaiting Diebogatoff. The steamer Strett'an reports that forty of the Baltic Fleet were at Houkohe Bay, near Annam, on Thursday afternoon, prepariDg to proceed to sea.
