Conflicts Between Troops and Strikers,
Beceived May 1, 8.42 a.m. St. Petersburg, April 30 Cossacks at Bailystok are terrorising the Jews, and beating men, women, and children even in the synagogues. Housebreaking is also frequent. The police are powerless, and the Jewish hospital is full of wounded. In a conflict between the troops and the strikers at Czestochowa four were killed and twenty wounded.
