Beceived April 29, 9.10 a.m. London, April 28 A British steamer passed two squadrons consisting of seven, and eight ships respectively, on Thursday night, sixty miles south of Penang Inland m the Straits Settlements. They are supposed to have been DiebogatofFs squadron and the escort sent by Eozjestvenski. The latter captured the British steamer Beatrice bound from Saigon to Japan.
