Arcade Horse Fair.

There was a good attendance at Mr D. Thomas' horse fsir to-day, farmers and others being present from nearly every district m the county. Tho entry was comprised of 150 mixed classes of horses, including a number of unbroken sorts. Owing, no doubt, to the ploughing season commencing, the demand for you a v draught horses was somewhat stronger than has been the case during the pi»st two months. Although bidding for aged and inferior horses was somewhat slack, the sale, taken as a whole, was very successful. The following are prices:— Unbroken (draughts)-—Two year old colts £29 10s, £22 ss, £18, £13 10a; two year old fillies £12, £45; (harness)—two year old £13 15', do £9. Harness Horses (broken)— Mare m foal £13 15s. !
