The Amberley Burglary.
ACCUSED BEFORE THE COURT.
Uaifcod'Press Association—Per Electric Telegraph. Chbistchuech, April 27 Herbert Allandale, Frederick Dennett, and John Hayes were charged at Amberley to-day with having broken and entered tho Amberley railway station ou April 9th, and stolen £94 18s 6d m money, a cheque for £1 103 postage stamps and cards to the value of .£BS, and postal notes of the value of £43 3s 6d. Evidence was given thiit £32 had beeen found m Hayos' back yard, tbatJDennett when arrested had Mil 15a m his possession, and that Allandale when arrested had £19 7s 6d, together with a complete burglar's bag, a loaded revolver, and safe dynamiting apparatus. The men had been seen at Amberlev about the time the station was dynamited. The case will be continued to-morrow.
