SEAFIELD.

The annual meeting of householders was held on.Tuesday evening. There was only a small attendance. Mr J. Bruce occupied the chair. The accounts showed a very small credit faalanoe. The inadequacy of the allowance for incidentals was strongly commented on, it being pointed out that when provision was made for fuel and cleaning, there was little or nothing left for keeping the grounds and premises in order, Hearty votes of thanks to the teacher and to the chairman (Mr Bruce) were carried unanimously. The following were elected as a committee for the ensuing year: — Messrs Bruca, Gregory, Todd, Lamb, and Buckley. Subsequently Mr Bruce was re-elected chairman of tho now ccmmittee.
