A Banker's Defalcations.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright New Yobk, April 25 Frank Begelow, the President of the First National Bank at Milwaukee, has been arrested. His deflations amount to d 8300,000. He is charged with falsifying the books of tba bank, and with embezzlement. He admits the charge, and states that heilost the money speculating in wheat. The directors subscribed sufficient to meet all demands, but small depositors started a run on the bank. Coll, the assistant cashier, has been arrested as an accomplice.
