(Received Sept. ||, 9.30 a.m.) ' ■' "Sydney, Sept. 28 The " Telegraph " commenting upon the Federal High Court and the action of< t&O Ministers in leaving the Government on the eve of the elections, securing positions' for themselves, says it is much to be regretted that the firat Federal Parliament should end with such an exhibition of irresponsibility, and that Jthe High Qgurt should be cradled in par£y politics.' .Apart from this, the appointment's are satisfactory, and that o* Sir S. W. Griffith, as Chief Justice, is the redeeming feature of the situation. The leadership of the Government has gone to the man who has done most to earn distinction. The "Herald" considers that the jieraonpel of the Court leaves little to'tig desired. In regard to the 'ghaijgejj |ij''t|f| I Ministry, it does not appear cigar £hat Nety South Wales has benefited. It lopks upon Mr Chapman's appointment as an insult tq the State. ,
