The following is the Grain Eeport for week ending June 27th s~ Wheat.—There is no business to report m this grain. Millers have dropped prices almost Id per bushel, and being the only buyers, those farmers who are anxious to sell have to accept reduced values accordingly. The bulk of the holders, however, refuse to dispose of their grain under 4s at stations. Nominal quotations are—Tuscan. 88 9£d to 3s lOd, Hunters and Pearl 3s 9d to 3s 9id. Oats.—A slightly better feeling prevails, although business has been very quiet, and no sales of any importance have taken place. Quotations remain on the same basis as last week. Oat-sheaf Chaff.—There has been a larger quantity on offer, which has had the effect of steadying the market, and at least one buyer, who was giving .£4 per ton freely a week ago, has since dropped out of the market. To-day's quotations are £3 15s to £4, according to quality and stations. Ryegrass. —Several sales have been made under expectation of higher rates ruling when spring sowing takes place, and many farmers are buying up their requirements. Quotations are 3s 3d to 3s 6d for farmers', and 4s 3d to 4s 6d for machine dressed parcels.
