The property is one of the best in the district, come of the iani yielding 56 bushels of wheat last year. The improvements and buildings are very extensive. Offers ranging from £17 to £20 were received, bub as these did not come up to the owners ideas of values, the property was withdrawn. During the afternoon come likely purchasers, drove out to have a look ab the farms, and there is said to be a prospect of a sale being effected privately, ab an early date.
