London, January 13. Bulletins issued yesterday respecting the health of the Duke of Clarence and Avondale were of a disquieting nature, duo chiefly to his having passed a restless night. * It is reported that tiie pneumonia from which the Duke is suffering is increesing. The public display anxiety owing to the weakly nature of his constitution, and the guarded character of the last medical bulletin. (Received January 14, 10.10 a.m.) London, January 13, An official bulletin issued at 10.55 a.m. to-day states that grave symptoms have supervened m the Duke of Clarence's case, and that the patient is, jn a critical condition. (Received Jaunary 14, 10.50 a.m.) London, January 13. At 3.50 p.m. to-day the condition of the Duke of Clarence was unchanged. (Received January 14, 11.10, a.m.) London, January 18. A sensation has b.een paused m London by the serious turn which the Duke of Clarence's attack has taken. His pulse is 120, and temperature 107 : At 4.45 p.m. the Prince is very slightly better,
