(Received October 23, 10.10 a.m.) MR GLADSTONE ON HOME RULE. London, October 22. In his speech at Edinburgh Mr Gladstone declared that the Government were the greateat law-breakers m Ireland. He denounced the withholding of local government to Ireland, and said the resistance of the people to hateful laws was justified. To grant Home Rule would gild the closing years of the glorious reign of Queen Victoria. .
