The frozen meat market remains unchanged. The Antwerp wool sales will probably open on the 28th or 31st inst. . 10,000 bales, including 2000 of Australian wool, have already been catalogued. One Australian bank is trying to sell 50,000 of Westgarth. and Co.'s pledged securities, and this is likely to have th« effect of further depressing the market. A state of distrust now i prevails on the Exchange. One firm of "jobbers "m colonial stocks has been m financial difficulties, but has managed to patch affairs up.
