The Kahu, from Cliatham Islands, brings news that a quantity of wreckage has been found there, including a lifebuoy with the letters S.S.A.Y. Tho i wreckage includes candle-boxes, port , companion, case of spirits (marked T fit diamond, 68 Wellington), part of piano : cases, cases of varnish marked D ami W, others marked Government Office, Wellington, and marked A 3334625 am- 18*2. It is presumed the wreckage is part of the cargo of the barque Assay©, now posted as missinsr. ' ■
