In reply to Or Paul, the Mayor stated that the hours for bathing m the Domain had been fixed, and boards bearing these hours Avould be erected m the course of the Aveek. Brook moved that the balance of the channelling resolved upon be proceeded Avith not later than the Ist of November, and that the contractor have the option of taking the Avork jvt the same rate ; should he decline, the work, to be tendered for.
