This was agreed to. The Bill was reported, read a third time, and passed. The Gisborne Harbour Board Bill, Administration Act Amendment Bill, and Midland Railway Contract Bill, were committed, read a third lime and passed. BILL THROWN OCT. The second reading of the Distillation Act Amendment Bill was lost by 10 to 5. The Council rose at 11.20 p.m.
