Mount Hutt Road Board.

It was resolved to advertise the following resolution "On account of the action of the County Council m not 'making proper provision for the storm water to crOss the Lyndhurst-Caimbrae road, b\e Mount Hutt Road Board cannot take any responsibility m case of any accident occurring from the state of the road." It was re- ! solved to vail tenders for re-shingling about 1| miles of the West Coast road and portions of the Chertsey road near Methven and Mitcham. Black's confcrapt for repairs to the Bridge road cuttings to the County Council. Mr J. Black was granted extension of time on his shingling contract.
