(Before C. A. C. Hardy and L. Oxley J.P.s) Thomas McClelland, farmer of Somerfcon, South Rakaia,, pleaded guilty to a charge of working; a horse with sore shoulders. Accused was arrested m the township with the horse m work. Hi was produced at Court and examined. -Mr J. McLean gave evidence, and accused; was fined £5 and 7s costs. t
