A Ship on Fire.
(PER PRErtS ASSOCIATION. Ohristchtjroh, September 10. The barquentihe Nettie,, loading flax for Boston. U.S., caught fire'this evening, it is supposed through spontaneous combustion m cargo. She has 1800 bales aboard, loaded by Wood, Shand, and Co. Preparations are being made for sinking her. Later. The fire on the Nettie has apparently been subdued. The vessel has 3 feet 9 inches of water m her. The second mate and a fireman were almost suffocated by smoke, but were restored.
