RAKAIA—FRIDAY. (Before C. A. 0. Hardy and L. Oxley v J.P.s) Frederick Alison, was charged with stealing a razor, value 6s 6d, from Michael Dynford. Accu&ted pleaded not guilty, and after hearing the evidence was discharged.—F. Alison, for assaulting M Dynford was committed for 48 hours hard labor.—Charles Hart, for assaulting M. Dynford was committed for 48 hours hard labor.
