there was no money. He thought there was something wrong when accused changed the coin, as he had not had money about him to his knowledge. James Burrows gave evidence and J. Finton, also the Methven Constable. The Bench considered the case clearly proved on accused's own evidence, and committed accused to one month's hard labor.
