Id the Legislative Council yesterday, the Kihikihi Cemetery Reserves Bill, Todmaii Land Grant Bill, and Administration Amendment Bill were passed through Committee, read a third time and passed. The Electoral Bill was considered m Committee and reported with a few verbal amendments The Auckland Harbour Board Empowering Bill, the Eabbit Nuisance Bill, the Census Bill, and the Truck Bill were read a second j time. Mr Stevens moved the second reading of the Sheep Bill and the motion wis agreed to on the voices. In the House of Representatives the afternoon setting was principally occupied by a discussion on the Maritime strike,
