Mr Cuthbertaonfor defendant pointed out that the particulars attached to the summons were insufficient, the items nofc being given m detail. The Bench upheld the contention and nonsuited the plaintiff with costs. King v Beattie, claim £3 for board and lodgings. Mr Cuthbertson for plaintiff for whom judgment was given with cost*. Rouse v Boardman was adjourned till next Court day to enable defendant to have his evidence caken m Christchurch.
