It was decided that the Association be non-political, and it was also resolved to solicit the cooperation of merchants and employers throughout the colony. An Executive Committee waa formed to carry out the objects of the Society, consisting of Messrs Blair, Levin, Reid, Scoulkr, Mills, Cable, and ten others, with power to add to their number.
