[PJER PKESS ASSOCIATION.] -London, August 19. A serious strike of dock laborers has taken place at Tilbury Docks, the men demanding the expulsion of three nonUnionists. The strike among the Cardiff dockers has virtually been settled. At a meeting at St. James' Hall the Standing Conciliation Committsee proposed to discourage the emigration of j men to Australia during the strike there.
