The wharf laborers have received a cable from Antwerp—"Don't forget London dockers strike; bound toaisist ; never fear." Twenty-three steamei's are now laid up at various Australian ports. Melbourne, August 20. The employers are considering the advisability of throwing m their lot with the Shipowners Unionj and closing the foundries, engineering works, and factories, now employing Union labor.
