With reference to. t>h& testimonial it was resolved that the Chairman and Mr T. Mulligan be appointed to draw up a suitable one^ JBe resignation, it was resolved "Thabth« Committee place on record their high appreciation of Mr Watson's work in the school, .and. the regret they feel at losing his siervlees, btot congratulate him on his appointment to a' larger, school."
