Mr Feldwick will move on Tuesday, on the House going into Committee of Supply for the repeal of the following Acts, m order to test whether permanent charges therein made shall be subjected to annual appropriation :—New Zealand Institute Act, New Zealand University Act, Auckland University College Act; and also that the Civil Service List Act shall be amended for the same purpose ; and also that the Public Revenues Act should not be valid until appropriated by the House, Mr Bep.thaiu' has given notice to move, on the House going into Committee of I Supply, that Government .should ask the ' House to vote a sum of money for the
purpose of introducing to the colony a desirable class of immigrants, suitable for occupation of the Crown Lands of the colony. ___
