[per press association.] I:Sydney, August 2. By ballot the LithgOAV miners have resolved to strike as a protest against the employment of blacklegs. KT'-Zii/ %fi§ Melbourne, August 3. j^The Shearers' Union has resolved that the lowest fine to. be imposed on any of the blacklegs who wish to join the Union shall be £5. The Union has also decided that any men shearing in non-Union sheds after thr present date are to be counted blacklegs for ever.
