CENTRAL AMERICAN REVOLUTION.
Guatemala, August 1. General Rivas, who has been operating against Guatemala, turned traitor, and captured the San Salvador barracks with 2000 Indians. General Ezeta attacked Rivas and his rebel army, inflicting defeat upon them. Ezeta has summoned a new Congress, and has declared his intention of adhering to constitutional reforms.
