Constantinople, July 28. Rioting has broken out amongst the Armenians, as a protest against the weak action of the Patriarch in Armenia. The Patriarch fled, having been injured, and the troops quelled the disturbance. Several of the rioters were killed and wounded. It is said that the riot was instigated by foreigners.
