(Received July 21, 7.30 p.m.) London, July 19. The cricket match, Surrey v. Australians, began at the Oval on Thursday. The latter went in first, and were all out for 184. Lock wood took four wickets for 27. Surrey made 227 in the first innings. In the second innings the Australians had lost six wickets for 96 runs. The match was drawn. Mr S. M. J. Woods, captain of the Cambridge Eleven^ will assist the Australians in the match against England. Lord Harris is urging the team to visit) ndia.
