Londox, July 12. At the Auctions to-day 1000 bales of New Zealand hemp were sold. Common sorts were easier, good firm Seven Australian wheat cargoes on passage sold at 37s 3d to 37s 6d, two New Zealand cargoes at 365, and another at j 35s 3d. Good New Zealand cheese 48s to 50s, medium 36s to 445. London, July 15. At the wool auction there was keen competition, but prices were unchanged. Sales closed on the 14th. The number of bales carried forward is 100,000, and it is estimated the number available for the September series, including old stocks, is 250,000. Three months' bills are quoted at 4|- per cent.
