[PER VKBSS ASSOCIATION.] | Melbouenb, July 2. A railway traveller, named King, while looking out of a window, was decapitated by an open carriage door of a passing train. Melbourne, July 3. The Government will undertake the prosecution of the Premier Permanent Building Society officials. Sydxey, July 3. Some extraordinary disclosures were revealed by papers laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly m connection with the visit of a man named Pullman, who claimed to represent the Pullman Oar Company. He had nearly completed an agreement to supply the Government with a number of cars, but owing to his unwillingness to produce his authority the Railway Commissioners cabled to America and ascertained he was an impostor.
