Wax. Grey deposed to.- receiving ittstjuctiojis from the police to see
accused's father at Parihaka and ask his s£mt boofcs > drawers, and fifteen shillings. He went, but could not find anyone answering to the name the accused gave him as his father. Sergt. Duffin deposed to finding in the Kecreation Ground in the vicinity of deceased's house, two slippers and a bundle of clothes tied up in a towel. The clothes belonged to the deceased man. Mr Samuel who is acting for accused, with a desire to bring the inquest to a' close, is asking no questions of witnesses.
