A DEAR KISS.
Constantinople, May 26. Five Turkish officers, found guilty of seizing and kissing the wife and daughter of Ivanoff, a Russian dragoman, were tried by court martial and sentenced to six months' imprisonment. The Sultan has also ordered them to be banished for life to Tripoli. Count Nelidoff, Russian Ambassader, has expressed himself as satisfied with the reparation for the insult.
