Wellington, May 23 The Railway Commissioners have issued a circular to the employees to the effect that they are prepared to give the necessary leave, arid" pay reasonable travelling expenses to delegates from among themselves, who may visit Wellington to set forth their grievances. The Commissioners to-day wrote to the Executive of the Railway Employees' Society expressing their willingness to receive a deputation from the Society to discuss the matters in dispute.
