New Plymouth Murder.
[per press association. J New Plymouth, May 22. A boy employed at the Co-operative Store, saw accused near the Salvation Army barracks not far from the Restaurant at 12.30 on the Friday in question. He delivered flour at Carnell's, which Maloney had ordered after 11 o'clock. Rode then round by the Recreation Ground and delivered other things, and got back to the store, but did not see accused till time mentioned. !
