Dillon Bell promised to submit their views to the Government, and expressed the hope that the land laws, of which complaint was made, would be altered. London, May 21. The holders of New Plymouth Harbor Board bonds seek compensation because the Government interfered with the land endowment. The holders of other Harbor Board debentures and of Government stocks deny the liability of the Government.
