Harker, in opposition to Captain Russell, at the next elections, The IJawke's Bay Gounty Council yesterday passed a resolution undertaking to make and maintain a road to Taupo, vi& Waipuna and Tehooto, and biuld a new bridge acrossthe Mohaka, provided the Government will grant a subsidy of £2500.
