Fine mutton is worth 24s 9d per cwt., and good beef 24s 3n per cwt. Frozen Meat—There is rather better demand for New Zealand mutton. Canterbury is worth 4|d and Wellington 4|d per lb. Beef market dull. New Zealand forequarters and hindquarters are worth 3-£ d and 4jd per lb respectively.
