The Cable Steamer Weather-bound.

In consequence of the heavy southerly weather the fefiotia wag unable to go out last night, and is still in tho harbor 'waiting the first opportunity to pick up the cable. The fault is supposed to be about thirteen miles out. The detention of the steamer is rather a costly thing for Government, as they are'paying her £210 per day while in harbor and £255 when outside.
