Taylor be re-elected Chairman, which was 'agreed to. • At a meeting of the Committee held "subsequently Mr Shearer was appointed to countersign cheques, and the meetings of Committee were appointed to be held on the first Monday of every month at 7 p.m. After some other, business was disposed of the Committee adjourned.
