THE SILLESIAN MINERS.
Berlin, April 18 The disturbances created by the Silesian miners still continues. Forty thousand* miners are pillaging the villages and menacing townsmen, aud are also preventing the hands engaged at the various factories from going to work, thus compelling the factories to cease operations. There have been repeated conflicts between the rioters and the military, who were called out to restore order, during which many of the strikers were killed and wounded.
